How will I recieve my digital forms?
Upon approval of your PayPal payment or email of your check number, your forms will be emailed for downloading to your computer. You will receive instructions with the download to install the software. If you need help, email us with your question and the best time to call you. We generally call you within 24 hours.
How will I recieve updates?
We will notify you of revisions and updates to the forms when
we receive them from FLSSI. Usually not later than January 15.
How are payments processed?
Online payments are securely processed using PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use a credit or debit card. For check payments, please email us at collyerslegal@yahoo.com. Email us your check number and version of the software that you want and we will send your update. Please send all checks to 1033 NE 63rd Street Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334. New Users be sure to add 7% sales tax to all prices shown on the web site. Annual Updates require no tax.
Do you offer refunds?
All of our software comes with a 30 day unconditional guarantee. If you are not pleased with the software, please contact us by email within 30 days. We will reverse a PayPal charge promptly upon notification. If your order came by check, we will mail you a refund check within 48 hours. Allow 10 working days to receive the refund.
