What does Collyer's Florida Probate and Guardianship software do?

Are there limits to creditors or beneficiaries?
There are no limits to the number of creditors or beneficiaries for a client's answer file.
How will I receive my digital forms?
Upon approval of your PayPal payment or email of your check number, your forms will be emailed for downloading to your computer. You will receive instructions with the download to install the software. If you need help, email us with your question and the best time to call you. We generally call you within 24 hours.
How are payments processed?
Online payments are securely processed using PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use a credit or debit card. For check payments, please email us at CollyersFL@gmail.com. Email us your check number and version of the software that you want and we will send your update. Please send all checks to 103 Margo Lane, Longwood, FL 32750.
Do you offer refunds?
We are confident you will love our product. All of our software comes with a 30 day unconditional guarantee. If you are not pleased with the software, please contact us by email within 30 days. We will reverse a PayPal charge promptly upon notification. If your order came by check, we will mail you a refund check. Allow 10 working days to receive the refund.
What other programs do I need to work with your software?
If you'll be using the HotDocs FLSSI form packages from us, you'll need HotDocs 11 and NOT Player. Your completed forms will generate in Word.
Our Fill in the Blank forms work in Word.
Are there any other options besides a HotDocs or Fillable package?
We are currently working with a software developer to create a desktop program that would generate forms from an answer file. We will keep you updated as soon as this is available!
If there are mid-year updates, how will they be sent?
We'll notify our client base and get you the updates as soon as possible.
How will I recieve updates to my FLSSI forms each year?
We will notify you of revisions and updates to the forms when we receive them from FLSSI, usually no later than January 15. You'll return to this site to order your updates.
